Southern Region Teen Leadership Conference
September 6-9, 2007
There are more teens living in America than any other age group. They are the leaders of the future, and with the proper training, can be leaders today. The Southern Regional Teen Conference will teach both youth and adults to work side by side through youth/adult partnerships to make us all better leaders today and tomorrow. Southeast Dairy Youth Retreat
The Southeast Dairy Youth Retreat is a week long camp for youth 8 to 19 years of age focusing on the area of Dairy. The retreat’s activities include various dairy industry professionals who will address youth on topics such as, milk marketing, dairy cattle reproduction, nutrition and dairy foods. Youth from seven different southeastern states (Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia, Tennessee and Kentucky) will be in attendance. This fun and educational week will provide our youth the opportunity to build team work skills, gain a greater understanding about the dairy industry and form lasting friendships. The retreat will be held at the FFA Leadership and Training Center in Haines City, FL, July 16-20, 2007.
