Paul Dinkins

During his 18 years as a 4-H Agent and County Director, Paul Dinkins’ excellent working relationships enabled him to secure support for the 4-H program from government agencies, civic groups and the media. Paul Dinkins viewed this support as a two-way street, always encouraging and finding opportunities for 4-H’ers to support their community.

While leading by his examples in personal ethics, work habits and morals, Paul's greatest contribution was seeing potential in every 4-H’er and encouraging them to set and pursue goals. For his years of support and commitment to 4-H, we honor the memory of Paul Dinkins by including him in the Florida 4-H Hall of Fame 2003 Class.
