Registration Deadline and Payment

• All SRVLF registration forms and checks should be submitted to the State 4-H Event Operations at 2142 Shealy Drive (PO Box 110225), Gainesville, FL, 32611. Arkansas 4-H Medical Information Florida Code of Conduct & Release Form and full payment is due with the registration form by August 24, 2012
