  • Please register by April 4th to receive the early bird price of just $90. Registration fee for registrations received between April 5th and April 12th will be $105. If you are unable to attend the entire event, but wish to come just for the day on Saturday, April 23rd, one day event cost is $45.
  • There are full scholarships available for either volunteers who are within their first two years of service or those who are serving a previously un-served or under-served area or group. Please contact Sarah Whitfield (solara@ufl.edu) if you meet these criteria, in order to receive your scholarship.
  • Hotel rooms are included in the price of registration. If you prefer to room separately from the Volunteer Forum, you are welcome to do so, but it will not impact your registration cost. If you have a roommate request, please indicate your preference when you register on 4-HOnline. State 4-H Headquarters will do everything possible to ensure your requests are met.
