This curriculum series focuses on general dietary guidance making you familiar with the basic food groups. This learning experience will equip you with skills to make good food choices and prepare nutritious snacks.

NUTRITION BASICS - Cloverbuds (Ages 8-10)
- Fun with Foods Member Guide teaches 4-Hers about the food guide pyramid. They will also learn about how certain foods contribute to their individual health and well being. This manual is supported with a leader notebook (4H/SP FNM 20) of group activities. In EDIS this publication is DLN 4H 152.
- Fun with Foods Leader's Guide focuses on general dietary guidance where youth become familiar with the basic food groups. This learning experience will equip youth with skills to make good food choices and prepare nutritious snacks. In EDIS this publication is DLN 4H 148.
NUTRITION BASICS - Level 1 (Ages 8-10)
- Fun, Foods, and Fitness Member Guide teaches 4-Hers about overall nutrition knowledge by adding a fitness sense to their daily routine. Youth will be exposed to fitness activities that promote a healthy lifestyle. In EDIS this publication is DLN 4H 153.
- Fun, Foods, and Fitness Leaders's Guide supports youth in fitness activities that promote a healthy lifestyle. In EDIS this publication is DLN 4H 149.
NUTRITION BASICS - Level 2 (Ages 11-13)
- Food FUNdamentals Member Guide teaches 4-Hers about more in-depth look at food, nutrition, and health. Youth will explore nutritional and economic choices, food labels, and food preparation. In EDIS this publication is DLN 4H 154.
- Food FUNdamentals Leaders's Guide supports youth in fitness activities that promote a healthy lifestyle. In EDIS this publication is DLN 4H 150.
