Membership Cards
When 4-H members submit their enrollment form to their local 4-H office annually, they will receive a membership card for participation in the program. 4-H Membership Cards can be ordered through EDIS by county offices.
Recognition Examples
The appendix contains examples of certificates, bookmarks, etc. to use for recognizing for participation.
