Registration Deadline and Payment
- All registration must be submitted to your county office by August 20. Georgia 4-H Medical Information Florida Code of Conduct & Release Form and full payment is due with the registration form by August 20, 2010, in the State 4-H Events Office at 3103 McCarty Hall B (PO Box 110225), Gainesville, FL, 32611. Checks should be made payable to your County Extension Office.
