Registration Deadline and Payment

  • All registration must be submitted to your county office by their set deadline.Registration will be hosted through 4HOnline as a trial program. This will allow us to get comfortable with the program before using it for youth events. Georgia 4-H Medical Information & Release Form and full payment is due with the registration form by August 1, 2009, in the State 4-H Events Office at 3103 McCarty Hall B (PO Box 110225), Gainesville, FL, 32611. Checks should be made payable to: Florida 4-H Foundation, Inc. Reimbursements of 96% will be made for entry cancellations received before Friday, September 9, 2009. After this date, only 50% of your entry fee will be refunded until September 23, 2009.
